1) Heat up oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until cooked evenly from all sides. Add onion and stir fry for a couple minutes.
2) Add bouillon and water and on low flame, leave to cook for 40 minutes.
3)Throw in the carrots, garlic and celery. Mix well and season with salt and ground black pepper. Leave to cook for 15 minutes to allow for the veges to become tender.
