- Tomato Ketchup1/4 Cups
- Teriyaki sauce3 Tablespoons
- Lime juice2 Tablespoons
- Sesame Oil2 Tablespoons
- Brown Sugar2 Tablespoons
- Mesclun salad greens8 Cups
- Salmon7 1/2 Ounces
- Carrots1 Cups
- Cucumber1 Cups
- Radish1/4 Cups
- Cilantro leaves1/4 Cups
- Sesame seeds1 Teaspoons
Place ketchup in a bowl and add brown sugar, lime juice, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil in it; do mix well so that the mixture is quite smooth; set the bowl aside.
Put the salad greens in a bowl and then cut the salmon into large pieces.
Now add salmon pieces in the bowl and mix well.
Cut the carrot, cucumber, and radish into slices and the veggie slices into the bowl.
Then pour the ketchup dressing all over the salmon mixture; do mix well so that the mixture is well coated with the dressing; do add more dressing if required.
Sprinkle sesame seeds all over the mixture and serve this delicious Asian salmon salad.

It’s basically a salmon salad but you can also use chicken in the recipe; for this, do add 2 cups of sliced grilled chicken instead. To make it more of an Asian salad, do add a cup of white Asian radish instead of the red radish.
