- Cucumber1/3 Cups
- Rice Wine Vinegar1 Tablespoons
- Soy Sauce1 Tablespoons
- Wasabi Paste1/4 Teaspoons
- Ground Ginger1/8 Teaspoons
- Flour Tortillas212-inch
- White Rice1 Cupscooked
- Salmon2/3 Cupsdrained
- Sesame seeds2 Teaspoons
Peel off a green onion and chop it into fine pieces; place the onion pieces in a bowl and add cucumber and radish in it. Mix well.
Place vinegar in a bowl and add vinegar, ground ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi paste in it; mix well.
Now place two tortillas over a flat surface; now divide the rice and place them in the center of the each of the tortillas.
Add half of the salmon and half of the vegetable mixture over top of the rice mixture.
Then add half of the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables in each of the tortillas.
Spread a teaspoon each of sesame seeds over each of the tortillas.
Wrap the edges of a tortilla sheet; repeat the procedure with the other tortilla as well.
Serve the Asian salmon wraps as a perfect snack.
