1) Flame up your oven to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Wrap bacon slices around sausages. Join the wrapped bacon slices using tooth picks, usually 3 slices per tooth pick.
3) Arrange the prepared sticks on a baking tray. Garnish well with brown sugar.
