- Egg Noodles8 Ounces
- Butter3 Tablespoons
- Bacon1/2 Pounds

1) Boil the egg noodles in slightly salted and buttered water. The boiling process should take anywhere between 5-10 minutes on medium flame. Drain the noodles.
2) Fry bacon in a skillet over medium flame. Turn and press the bacon regularly to ensure that it’s being cooked well from the inside. Once done, the bacon should have turned brownish from all sides. Dont filter off the excess fat generated by the bacon, instead just remove the fried bacon from skillet.
3) Fry onion and cabbage over medium heat in the left over bacon fat for a few minutes. Slice up the bacon and throw it in. Fry for about 8-10 minutes time. Add the boiled egg noodles from Step 1 and coat well for a further 2 minutes.
