1) Peel off an apple, core it, and cut it into small pieces.
2) Peel off the carrot and then cut it into fine pieces.
3) Place the chopped vegetable and fruit in the blender along half a cup of milk.
4) Blend the ingredients for about 2 minutes on high speed so that the mixture becomes smooth.
5) Pour the drink over ice cubes and serve carrot and apple smoothie chilled.
