- Grated carrots2 Cups
- Brown sugar1 Cups

1) Mix grated carrots and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside.
2). Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
3) Take a bowl and mix beaten eggs with white sugar, oil and vanilla. Add pineapple juice to it, followed by baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
4) Spread over the pan, and bake for 45 minutes till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
