- Spaghetti Pasta15 Ounces
- Garlic3 ClovesChopped
- Olive Oil3 Tablespoons
- Red Onion1Chopped
- Yellow Bell Pepper1Chopped
- Zucchini1 CupsChopped
- Balsamic Vinegar2 Tablespoons
- Feta Cheese2 Tablespoons
1) Boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2) Saute garlic in warm oil on a skillet. Fry onions, tomatoes, yellow and red bell peppers, zucchini and mushrooms in the saute garlic. Add balsamic vinegar. Add the boiled pasta and heat through. Mix and coat well. Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving your Vegetarian Pasta!
