- Red Wine1/2 Cups

1) Fry olive oil in a skillet. Make sure to keep the flame moderate till this point. Throw in the garlic and saute. Now throw in the chicken and cook until it loses all its pink color and cooks well enough. The process uptill now shouldnt take more than 7 minutes. Stir in the wine and mix thorougly. Now add tomatoes and increase the flame to high. Keep stirring readily to avoid the mixture getting stuck to the surface of the pan. This is important!
2) Add the pasta and allow to boil. Keep checking the pasta at 1 minute intervals to check if it has boiled well. Once done, mix well and garnish the whole mixture with spinach. Cover your dish and leave to cook until the spinach leaves are done being cooked.
