1) Boil the Mostaccioli pasta in slightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and leave aside to let cool down.
2) Heat up oil in a skillet. Fry tomatoes and garlic for a few minutes. Add garlic and stir for sometime, preferably 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cheese and stir. Throw in the pasta and coat well! Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the pasta is well coated and blended with the mixture. Mix in salt and pepper to taste before serving.
