- Yellow Onions1Chopped
- Garlic3 ClovesMinced
- Lemon JuiceOf 1 Lemon
- Can Sardines4 OuncesTomato Sauce Sardines
- Parmesan Cheese1/4 CupsGrated
1) Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2) Heat up olive oil in a saucepan over moderate flame. Saute onion and garlic. Add sardines along with the sauce, and when they’ve been cooked well enough, just lower the intensity of the flame. Cook for 4 mins. Add pasta to the saucepan and coat well. Turn off the flame and cover the saucepan. After 5 minutes time, open the lid and stir in lemon juice and mix well.
