- Pasta (Any kind)1 Pounds
- Olive Oil1/4 Cups
- Garlic3 ClovesMinced
- Salt1/2 Teaspoons
- Red Pepper Flakes1/2 TeaspoonsCrushed
- Basil1 CupsChopped
- Plum Tomatoes4Chopped
- Bay Scallops1 Pounds
- Parmesan Cheese2 TablespoonsGrated
1) Boil pasta in slightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and leave aside.
2) Fry oil in a skillet and saute garlic for a few minutes. Mix in the pasta, red pepper flakes and basil. Mix well and then add salt to taste. Fry for a few more minutes, before throwing in the tomatoes and some more basil. Cook for about 10 minutes on low flame.
