Tomato Shrimp Pasta Recipe
1) Boil the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
2) Crush garlic, onion and oregano mixture in a food processor. Heat up oil on a wok. Stir in the crushed garlic mixture and fry until aromatic. Add salt n pepper, followed by tomatoes and basil. Cook for a further 6 minutes, all the meanwhile, stirring through. Add spinach leaves and then the shrimps. Cook the shrimps well enough. Add pasta and coat well. Add your cooked pasta to a bowl, and mix mozzarella cheese thoroughly. Serve your tomato shrimp pasta!
