The variation which I tried with this recipe is that I reduced the amount of water and vegetable broth by 50% so make the soup thick; the great thing is that the experiment worked great.

Once I tasted it for the first time, I was quite happy with the alteration as the taste was quite delicious. I love to enjoy it with plain rice.
