Thai Broccoli Chicken Soup: Some may call it an exotic meal, but the truth behind the scenes is that it is one of the easiest soups to make out there. The fact that it features chicken broth and broccolli in thick cream, makes for a light and healthy dinner. This soup hardly takes 15 minutes to be cooked. Just get some water boiling. Boil in broccoli and chicken broth together. Add salt and pepper to taste, followed by lime juice. Add in green chillis and a bit of corn flour to thicken up the soup. Serve your soup with garlic bread or garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
Baked Chicken Steak: Can there be any better meal the health conscious ones than a good old baked chicken steak? This recipe is even easier than the original ones, and wont even take much of your time.
The ingredients that you’d need are:
1/2 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1) First up, mix all the spices and powders in a closed jar along with the bread crumbs. Shake rigorously to mix well together. Your bread crumb mixture is ready.
2) Take a mixing bowl. Add in chicken, oil and butter. Coat the chicken well!
3) Now its time to coat the oil and buttered chicken in the bread crumb mixture.
4) Heat up your baking oven. On a baking dish, place the marinated chicken pieces and bake for 15-25 minutes depending on the intensity of the oven’s flame.
5) Serve with coleslaw, although this is optional! Enjoy your meal!
